Stall

George is down as the organiser this year (registered with LWCE)
We have been offered a display machine from Canonical. We need to pick this up from their South Kensington office.
George has ordered 400 Kubuntu 6.06 CDs to give away - 350 i386 and 50 AMD64.

Things we'll need

Internet - although we can use dial up networking with George's mobile for UMTS access.
Leaflets - George will see if his university will be able to print these off for a reasonable amount of money.
KDE merchandise - George will contact the KDE MWG about this.
