Editing Localised Name

Visit Preferences to set your user name. Username must now be set
The Localised Name is the one that is entered automatically when you press Ctrl+Space with the msgid field: _: NAME OF TRANSLATORS\n Your names This along with: _: EMAIL OF TRANSLATORS\n Your emails ensures that your name will appear in the Help->About Translation tab for all the world to see.
